Day 1: Arrival in Arusha

Arrive at Kilimanjaro International Airport, where you’ll be greeted by your guide and transferred to your hotel in Arusha. Take time to relax and prepare for the adventure ahead. Depending on your arrival time, you can explore the town or visit nearby attractions.

Day 2: Arusha – Tarangire National Park

After breakfast, drive to Tarangire National Park, known for its iconic baobab trees and massive elephant herds. Enjoy a game drive through the park’s varied landscapes, spotting lions, giraffes, zebras, wildebeests, and many bird species.

Enjoy a picnic lunch inside the park, then continue your afternoon exploration before heading to your lodge or tented camp for dinner and overnight.

Day 3: Tarangire – Lake Manyara National Park

After breakfast, drive to Lake Manyara National Park, a lush and scenic park famous for its tree-climbing lions and pink flamingos. Explore the park’s diverse habitats — from groundwater forests to open savannas and the lake shores teeming with wildlife

Enjoy a game drive and a picnic lunch inside the park before proceeding to your lodge in Karatu for dinner and overnight.

Day 4: Lake Manyara – Serengeti National Park

After breakfast, travel through the beautiful highlands toward the Serengeti National Park, Tanzania’s most famous safari destination. Along the way, enjoy stunning views of the Rift Valley and pass through the Ngorongoro Conservation Area

Arrive in Serengeti by afternoon and enjoy a game drive en route to your lodge or camp, spotting predators, elephants, giraffes, and, depending on the season, herds involved in the Great Migration.

Day 5-6: Full Days in Serengeti National Park

Spend two full days exploring the endless plains of the Serengeti. Enjoy morning and afternoon game drives or a full-day safari with a picnic lunch. Track large prides of lions, witness cheetahs on the hunt, and marvel at the vast herds of wildebeest and zebras that define this iconic ecosystem

Optionally, take a hot air balloon safari (extra cost) at sunrise for a breathtaking aerial view of the plains.

Day 7: Serengeti – Ngorongoro Crater

After breakfast, enjoy one last game drive in Serengeti before heading to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. En route, stop at a Maasai village (optional) to learn about their traditional lifestyle.

Arrive at your lodge on the crater rim in time for dinner and spectacular sunset views over the crater.

Day 8: Ngorongoro Crater – Arusha / Departure

Early in the morning, descend into the Ngorongoro Crater, one of the most stunning natural wonders of Africa and home to a dense concentration of wildlife. Spot lions, elephants, buffaloes, zebras, hippos, and the elusive black rhino as you enjoy a game drive and picnic lunch on the crater floor.

In the afternoon, ascend from the crater and drive back to Arusha or transfer to Kilimanjaro Airport for your onward journey.
