Day 1: Arrive in Arusha

Arrive at Kilimanjaro International Airport, where a representative from RAMAT AFRICA TANZANIA will greet you and transfer you to your lodge in Arusha. Take time to relax after your flight and enjoy the view of Mount Meru.

Day 2: Arusha - Tarangire National Park

After breakfast, drive to Tarangire National Park, famous for its large elephant herds, baobab trees, and scenic landscapes. Enjoy a full-day game drive with picnic lunch inside the park.

Day 3: Full Day in Tarangire National Park

Morning and afternoon game drives to explore more remote corners of the park. Optional visit to a Maasai village near the park to learn about traditional culture.

Day 4: Tarangire - Lake Manyara National Park

Depart for Lake Manyara, famous for its tree-climbing lions and beautiful Rift Valley escarpment. Enjoy a game drive through the park, followed by a visit to Mto wa Mbu village for a guided cultural walk.

Day 5: Lake Manyara – Lake Natron

Early departure for the dramatic landscapes of Lake Natron, near the base of Ol Doinyo Lengai (“Mountain of God”). Explore the lake shore with its pink flamingos, visit waterfalls, and interact with Maasai communities.

Day 6: Lake Natron – Serengeti National Park (North or Central)

Scenic drive into the world-famous Serengeti, with game viewing en route. Afternoon game drive as you enter the park, where wildlife abounds year-round.

Day 7-8: Full Days in Serengeti National Park

Two full days exploring the Serengeti, following the rhythm of the great migration (depending on the season). Early morning and late afternoon game drives to catch predators in action.

Day 9: Ngorongoro Conservation Area

Morning game drive in Serengeti, then continue to Ngorongoro. Stop at Olduvai Gorge, the “Cradle of Mankind,” for a short guided tour.

Day 10: Ngorongoro Crater Tour

Descend into the Ngorongoro Crater for a half-day game drive in this UNESCO World Heritage Site. Picnic lunch on the crater floor beside the hippo pool. Wildlife Highlights: Rhinos, elephants, lions, buffalo, flamingos, and more.

Day 11: Ngorongoro – Arusha

After breakfast, drive back to Arusha with scenic views along the way. Optional visit to local craft markets for souvenirs.

Day 12: Departure

Depending on flight time, relax at the lodge or explore Arusha town. Transfer to Kilimanjaro International Airport for your onward flight.
